My family tries to eat dairy-free, but we love ice cream, and this is nearly perfect. The ice cream does get a bit on the icy side when it hardens but it should be alright after thawing for about 10 minutes. Not only did I make this in strawberry, but also in blueberry. I sweetened it with honey, but found the given amount a bit too low and added more for my family's taste. Nice creamy flavor and no nasty ingredients!
