- 28 oz. unsweetened coconut milk (the cans must be refrigerated overnight, I use Thai Kitchen canned full fat coconut milk)
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (the higher quality you have the better)
- 16 oz. pitted Medjool dates (make sure they are sticky and moist!)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond milk (you can also substitute lactose-free milk or regular milk, if dairy is okay)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
