  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (the higher quality you have the better)
  • 16 ounces pitted Medjool dates (make sure they are sticky and moist!)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (you can also substitute lactose-free milk or regular milk, if dairy is okay)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
