    Perfect sub for a thin and crispy crust. I had holes, so next time I’m going to chop up the chicken into smaller pieces to help make a more consistent crust with no holes. I also want to try this with my own chicken breast to reduce the salt content. I topped it with pesto, a shredded pizza cheese mix, and sun-dried tomato, spinach, and mozzarella chicken sausage.
    made it 3 times in total, this time was PERFECTION. NONE LEFT AND MY 6 YR OLD IS A MAJOR FAN!!!!!used half of a freshly cooked and shredded chicken breast instead of canned chicken.

    Yummy, Tastes even better as left overs. Mine turned out a little soft, maybe should have cooked longer or dried out chicken more.

    Loved it, a lower fat, higher protein crust compared to Fathead crust. I switch off between the two.

    This was my first time making this pizza. I've tried other Keto pizzas and this is our favorite. It is so keto kid friendly. I did not have a silicone mat so I used waxed paper (that's all I had). Big mistake because it stuck to the bottom of the pizza in which it was difficult to peel of. With that said, USE A SILICONE MAT!My toppings consisted of: mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, turkey pepperoni, and a few sliced onions. I will make this again!

    This went great! This crust had the right consistency and stayed together perfectly. We made a delicious white pizza and the fact that the crust had nearly no carbs meant we could splurge a bit with the toppings! We will definitely be making this again. Also we doubled the recipe to make more pizza, and had plenty of leftovers.
