Excellent, I added some liquid smoke to mine. Gave it an interesting flavor

Very nice. Smoked paprika gave it a smokier flavor than was ideal for me but that’s a personal thing. Modified to use Fresno peppers instead of bell peppers and used 1/2 lb of beef and 1/2 lb of pork (using up some leftovers) instead of 1 lb of beef. Will probably make again.
