It was easy. Everyone enjoyed in my family. I made ir into one of those ready made graham cookie crust so I had less work to do.

Yummy recipe...........served it for a group of ladies and they loved it. Men liked it too.!
When I served it for the ladies, I cut the calories by using stevia 1/2 cup of stevia instead
of sugar. Instead of graham crackers, I used Matzo crackers, 4 large sheets with 1 cup
of walnuts and put them in a blender, until well blended. The cream cheese I used was
Philadelphia brand 1/3 less fat and added a half of regular ( 1/2 of reg and 1/2 of 1/3 less fat = 80z)
When I did it the second time I did not change it.
