- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut butter (if your coconut butter is solid like mine always is, you can press the chips + chunks you pry out of the jar into a 1/4 cup. It doesn’t have to be perfectly measured)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp. ginger powder
- 1/8 tsp. mace (powder)
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 pinch salt
- oil (small amount of liquid, for greasing silicon molds)
- toasted coconut flakes (optional: crumbled, to top for a bit of crunch)
