    I made this cake twice now and both times it turned out great. I've gotten tons of compliments for it. If you put it in the freezer instead of the fridge it makes a delicous ice cream cake! It's super easy (as long as you have a mixer or a strong arm to whip the cream) and you definitly can play with the ingredients and make a chocolate cheesecake by using chocolate philadelphia and replacing the cookies with graham crackers. There are tons of ways you can mix the recipe. I'm gonna try in the summer to mix bits of strawberries in it for a refreshing dessert!
