Chop the chocolate and transfer to a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until chocolate is just melted, about 1 1/2 minutes total.
PRO TIP Stop microwaving when you have a few bits of unmelted chocolate so you don't overheat it.

With a teaspoon, drizzle the melted chocolate onto the clusters to “glue” nuts and fruit together. Top warm chocolate with the pumpkin seeds, and add a pinch of salt if desired.
