- 1/2 cup gluten free oat flour (certified, I just processed old fashioned rolled oats into flour in a blender or food processor)
- 2 cups gluten (free crisp rice cereal, like Erewhon brown rice cereal)
- 1/2 cup coconut chips (unsweetened, large flakes)
- 4 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil
- 1 cup light brown sugar (packed, can use an equal amount, by weight, of coconut palm sugar, an unrefined sugar)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
