Best ice cream sandwich recipe. Been making it almost weekly all summer. I love that it's no bake, also great that it doesn't have eggs.
Make sure after melting butter that it's completely cooled before mixing with other ingredients, otherwise the consistency won't turn out right and it will start melting the chocolate chips.
