Good, but the texture of ours was a little lumpy. Not sure what I did wrong.

Absolutely delicious and pretty simple. i used double the amount of cream cheese so it was more like cheesecake and not so sweet. i also froze them so it was easier to coat in chocolate

These were really good; however, the appearance was just awful. Probably a skill issue, but unless you have a lot of time to keep sticking the balls back in the fridge to firm up, you may want to try a different dessert. Note: I let the dough sit in the fridge overnight before I started making balls and STILL had issues. I was able to make balls by using a cookie dough scoop - but it was so sticky one of the scoops kept breaking. "sigh"

Should have read the reviews First. Definitely not enough cream cheese, can’t taste it, I used 1/2 the powdered sugar, still too sweet, and rolling it into balls was impossible, far too sticky. I may try it again with modifications, but I wouldn’t recommend the recipe as it stands.

Amazingly creamy and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! A little sweet for some people, but for me it was perfect. One of the only problems was that there wasn’t enough because we just couldn’t stop eating them!!

Really great simple treat! Although, I used one cup of powder sugar for my sweet preference. Would recommend for beginners.

I made a batch for my friends earlier this week. I cut the sugar in half, but that only made the dough more sticky. I also used peanut butter chips since one of the people I made it for doesn't like chocolate. It went over well, and I'll probably make it again.

Added a little bit of wax to the chocolate to keep it from getting soft when left out for longer periods of time at get togethers and such.

It call for way too much sugar I only put 4 tablespoons in mind and blue berries and it came out way better

I made these and had to modify as they are insanely sweet if you add all the sugar directed in the recipe. I started over and cut the sugar in half and doubled the graham cracker crumbs in order to give the balls some shape. It worked! They were still very very sweet but tasty. To make the dipping chocolate, I microwaved semi-sweet chocolate chips with a tablespoon of vegetable oil which kept the chocolate from drying out. Then I popped them in the freezer to get the chocolate to harden faster - totally worked. Next time I might try a different cheesecake filling as these are a great idea and would be 5 stars if they weren't so sweet.

They ARE delicious made almost exactly according to the recipe. (I used 12 oz of chocolate chips.) I did have a small problem though. Microwaving dries things out, so I wasn't surprised that the chocolate hardened quite quickly after melting. This made it impossible to dip all of the balls without reheating the chocolate. I have had great success with other chocolate dipped things (strawberries, Oreo cookie balls) by melting the chocolate on the stove top on low with a bit of shortening. I'll try that next time.

I really liked the Idea of this recipe, I am a cheesecake aficionado but making a cheesecake can be time consuming; don't get me wrong its worth it but on a quick craving this would be ideal. I added less powdered sugar.

I liked the idea of quick dessert. I modified it a little. First, I added some whipped cream to the mixture for lighter and smoother filling. Second, instead of adding graham cracker crumbs to the mixture, I rolled the balls in it before dipping them in chocolate. I thought this way it resembles the original better. Thanks for the idea!!!
