I used coconut + peanut butter instead of almond butter and replaced the orange essence for vanilla essence. I also added 1/4 cup of 80% dark chocolate in the banana mixture and it came out amazing! Perfect for a more wholesome replacement when craving something sweet. Will be making these again for sure!
