They turned out just as expected. You have to play with the flower and milk ratio. I used cashew milk, and honey instead of rice syrup. I used Vega chocolate protein powder and quinoa flour. Bites, once out of the freezer, I rolled in a cinnamon/cocoa/clove dust. I highly recommend this recipe :)
