- 2 pkg. graham crackers (regular, 5 ounces each package, 10 ounces total)
- 5 Tbsp. butter (melted and cooled, can substitute coconut oil in the same amount, plus more if needed)
- cheesecake (Layer:)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (packages of, can substitute Mascarpone cheese, room temperature)
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk (can of)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh, squeezed)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup coconut oil (tablespoons, or butter, melted and cooled to room temperature)
- lemon (Layer:)
- 5 oz. lemon curd (about ½ of a 10 ounce jar, either homemade or store bought, I used store bought for this recipe)
- 1 pkg. blueberries (fresh, washed & dry)
- 1 whipped cream (recipe Vanilla)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (confectioner's, to dust)
