- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder (depends how chocolatey you like it!)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (I used Lily's mini chips - they are sugar free!)
- 1/3 cup dried fruit (I used cranberries)
- 1/2 cup nut butter (choice, I used peanut butter)
- 1/2 cup liquid sweetener (choice, I used maple syrup)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
