Tasted great. I did add miso and used a barramundi fillet instead of beef (omitted the onion) and added a boiled egg halved. I’m sure the recipe as is would be awesome too.

I had this dish in Japan last year and loved it - this recipe nails it. It’s exactly how I remember. Will definitely make it many times more!
