Super flavoursome. I cut back on the amount of chilli for personal preference but kept the rest of the ingredients as given. I will definitely put this in my favourites. I served it with a whole grain rice, garnished as suggested but with the addition of a generous 2 spoonfuls of Greek yoghurt on top also.
