- 2 cups butternut squash (frozen or fresh, cubed)
- 2 cups carrots (chopped)
- 1/2 red onion (a medium)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 5 beets (small steamed, I used one package of these)
- 1 cup broth (I used leftover mushroom broth from my fridge)
- 1 lb. ground beef (organic, grassfed, can also use beef stew meat)
- 2 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil (organic)
- 1 leek (large, chopped)
- 1 small yellow onion (chopped)
- 4 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1 inch fresh ginger (piece of, grated)
- 4 parsnips (medium, peeled and chopped into half-inch pieces)
- 2 sweet potatoes (large, peeled and chopped into half-inch pieces)
- 1 head green cabbage (small ,chopped)
- 6 cups bone broth (I used turkey)
- 2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 10 oz. kale (frozen)
- 1/4 cup curly parsley (fresh, diced)
- green onions (chopped, optional)
