- 8 oz. black beans (cooked and rinsed)
- 8 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 cup warm water
- 4 Tbsp. honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup all purpose gluten free flour (Red Mill’s)
- 3/4 cup cacao powder (dark, if you like your brownies richer, go for 3/4 cup)
- 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. maca powder (gelatinized, optional [I used the Maca Team’s black maca powder, which is sweet to taste])
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda (and pour)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (over it)
- 1 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 5 strawberries (large, for garnish., optional)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 cups walnuts (raw sprouted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 Tbsp. honey (or maple syrup)
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. maca powder (raw black, optional when serving to kids)
- 1 banana (ripe)
