So hot it was inedible. I fished out the chicken and put it in some leftover Cheesy Enchilada Rice https://www.yummly.com/recipe/Cheesy-Enchilada-Rice-Skillet-2257578, and threw the sauce away.

My hopes were high, turned out better than expected. My Wife doesn't like the heat as much as I do, so I did toned it down. Great with any grilled meat!

Turned out great! Frying the tomato/pepper mix took a little longer than anticipated and I used a lot more spice than in the recipe but that’s more about preference. Directions were great. Thank you!!
