  • 2 cups orzo
  • 5 ounces green beans (halved crosswise)
  • 3 cans tuna in oil (5 oz each, drained and flaked)
  • 8 ounces cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 red onion (small, thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons capers (rinsed and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup French dressing

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions, adding beans in last 2 mins of cooking. Drain; refresh under cold water. Return to pan.
    2. Add remaining ingredients to pasta; toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
