The cake did come a bit over the crumbs on some sides.I did use a glass dish to bake it . I personally thought the cake was delicious.

With the crumb recipe here The crumbs melted into the cake for some reason

I've been making her crumb cake recipe for YEARS. it's amazing every time! tI reminds me of the crumb cake at Hot & Crusty inside Penn Station. the crumbs are ginormous. I never got back on my train without stopping for a huge piece. So glad to have found this recipe, especially now being far away from NYC!!
