I’ve never made a bagel in my life, and cinnamon raisin is my favorite kind, so I gave this one a go. It was super easy to follow thanks to the detailed instructions. I chose to boil mine for one and a half minutes on each side and they came out super delicious! They were a bit chewy for my taste, so I’ll try them for only a minute next time. However these came out spectacularly! Great balance of flavor. Will DEFINITELY make again!
