- 9 whole mushrooms (baby bella, crimini, or as many as you like, about 1 - 8 oz. pkg.)
- 9 baby red potatoes (plus ⅛ cup water)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (Chef Shamy French Onion, with Asiago, room temp)
- crumbled blue cheese (optional, for those who enjoy it)
