Very good! Found this recipe in a pinch, it was raining and cold, and we did not feel like grilling. I didn’t use thyme, but did make a brown butter truffle to glaze the steak with…delicious! Will make again.

Excellent & Easy!! You can actually omit the salt (or at least cut it in half) because the soy sauce or liquid aminos adds enough salt. I was shocked at how good this was. Will definitely make again!

great especially the red wine sauce. watch the salt using soy sauce is plenty of salt.

Fantastic , marinated for 30 minutes, cut down on the salt due to soy sauce. Can’t wait to make it again

Wow! This turned out great! Just like eating at a restaurant! A tad too salty, but entire family liked!(includes fussy husband and moody teenager!)
