- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. creole mustard (same as the remoulade, use stone ground Dijon if you can’t find Creole)
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasonings (or Creole seasoning)
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (use less if sensitive to heat)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. creole mustard (if you can’t find Creole, try stone ground Dijon)
- 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Creole seasoning (or Cajun)
- 2 tsp. hot sauce (we love Crystal or Tabasco, but you can use your favorite)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 bell pepper (Small red, yellow or orange bell pepper, finely chopped)
- 2 scallions (finely chopped)
- 20 saltine crackers (finely chopped)
- 1 lb. barramundi (cooked, flaked apart)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- lemon wedges (for serving)
- 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (use less or eliminate this if spicy isn’t your thing)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
