- 1 cup clarified butter
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white cooking wine
- 1 tsp. fine sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 6 cups cooked rice (cook according to package instructions)
- 4 Tbsp. parsley (flat, finely minced)
