- 2 cups long grain rice (converted, zatarain's or uncle ben's)
- 1 bunch green onions (sliced thin)
- 3 cloves garlic (or "toes", minced)
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 1 can low sodium beef broth (14.5 oz)
- 1 can low sodium chicken broth (14.5 oz)
- 4 oz. water (or as needed)
- 2 tsp. Creole seasoning (cajun/, or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. sage (*see cook's notes)
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 1/2 cups flat leaf parsley (fresh chopped)

Great recipe. I didn’t use everything in there, but the directions were great.

It turned out amazing, I cut the ingredients in half and it was such a hit, I wished I made the full portion.

Wow...what a treat this recipe was absolutely amazing!! If you don’t like liver use maybe half a container, because you definitely need it. Everything else was on point! Will definitely be making this dish again!

Unbelievable. My family love spicy foods Louisiana base. I added 3 jalapena pepers fine chop.
