I took the ingredients from several New Orleans recipes and made my own concoction. It was delicious. I included, crushed garlic, chili powder, olive oil, a bit of melted margarine, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, white wine, salt and pepper, basil, a touch of Montreal Steak spice and I mixed it and marinated the shrimp for 4 hours.
