- 12 large eggs (depending on ho much you want to make)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup green chili (depending on how much heat you like)
- 1 onion (medium)
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1 can biscuits
- 2 cups cheese (I used a Mexican blend but you can use whatever you like)
