- 3/4 tsp. salt (more to taste)
- black pepper (Fresh)
- 2 nori sheets (finely chopped, see note above)

- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- chopped parsley (Optional: fresh, or chives for garnish)
- saltines (for crushing over the top)
