This pie is great however I make a stirred crust that rolls out thin and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the top. The fruit prep is outstanding as the baked fruit was perfect. I did add a dash of nutmeg to the fruit. Because of my crust choice I baked at 425 degrees for 10 minutes and 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Yum,!
