This is a great recipe. I make it all the time for family and guests. Although I do want to point out that the title of the recipe is a misnomer. The Low Country is the geographic location along the coast of South Carolina, not New Orleans (Nawlin').

Easy and amazing! I cut the recipe in half (family of three) and added king crab legs. I also added garlic cloves and a little cayenne. Delicious and more than enough left for lunch tomorrow 😁

Added a Warsteiner beer and mussels, substituted conecuh for Andouille and LOVED IT. Son loved the mussels and corn. Hopefully, the girls will like it as well.

EASY AS IT GETS!!! Easy fast and good. Literally takes 5 mins to prep 25 mins to cook. When it’s done just put it in aluminum pan and some butter, old bay and drizzle a little of the stock over it 👌🏾

Delicious, simple ingredients, easy and only 20 minutes to make. I scaled down the proportions for two. My husband loved it!
