- 1 finely chopped onion (Small)
- 1/2 bell pepper (a sweet, chopped)
- handfuls frozen peas (couple handful)
- handfuls cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1 stalk lemon grass (very finely chopped, yields about 1tbs)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. egg
- 2 eggs (optional, omit for vegan)
- 2 Tbsp. gluten-free soy sauce (tamari mixed with 1/2 tsp sugar)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 red chilli (finely chopped, optional)
- 2 tsp. sesame oil (optional)
- lime (Squeeze of, optional)
- cucumber (optional)
- tomatoes (optional)
- bean sprouts (optional)
- 125 grams tempeh
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. gluten-free soy sauce (or tamari)
- 2 Tbsp. gluten (free Thai chilli sauce, I find most brands generally are gluten free)
