- sauce (hot chicken)
- 5 Tbsp. cayenne pepper (can go as high as 7 and as low as 4)
- 3 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup melted butter (or fryer oil)
