- 3/4 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary (chopped, optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 4 cups cut up cooked chicken (about 1-1/2 lbs.)
- 3/4 cup seedless red grapes (halved)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (coarsely, toasted, optional)
- 1 loaf sour dough bread (or peasant, sliced)
- arugula leaves (optional)

Directions
- In large bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add chicken, grapes and walnuts; toss to coat. Chill, if desired.
- To serve, assemble into sandwiches with arugula.
