- 2 zucchinis (medium, roughly chopped)
- 2 carrots (roughly chopped)
- 1 brown onion (peeled and chopped in half)
- 250 grams ham (or bacon, Nitrate free if possible)
- 5 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. stock (thermomade veggie, or a few good grindings of salt and pepper)
- 30 grams olive oil
- 1 cup plain flour (wheat, spelt or buckwheat all work well)
- 80 grams cheese (we use a mix of parmesan and tasty cheese, add more cheese if you like it cheesy)
