- 3 Tbsp. mustard (creamy bottle style mild American)
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar

- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (/ketchup, I used low sugar but you can use regular)
- 1/8 cup soy sauce (I use reduced salt but you can use regular)
- 1 brown onion (large, thin sliced)

i did this in my slow cooker and the thickness of the gravy was spot on however i did find it too sweet. will make it again but next time i will try it with just 1 tsp of brown sugar.
