    The kneading was a whole workout for me. I made 26naans from the recipe. They were good. My friends told me they tasted in between naan and pita, but I really enjoyed them especially with the spicy curry I made!!!. However... won’t make it again this year anyways( unless I wanna do an arm work out)

    It was a good recipe, made a lot more than I anticipated. I'm going to try and freeze them and see how they do that way.

    excellent. Npte: need to use a rolling pin to flatten the bread otherwise it won't cook all the way through.

    Excellent. We are working on decreasing our plastic footprint along with our carbon footprint. We were purchasing naan, but 2 pieces came in each plastic wrapped package. This is a great alternative. I found that just buttering the uncooked side before flipping was sufficient.

    Tastes good. I only used 3.5 cups flour for a softer bread. Will go great with the Chicken Curry recipe I am having tonight.
    Delicious despite the fact that I used bread flour. Had to use yogurt to offset the fact that the dough was too dry. For me, of the “rising” happened in the pan while it was being cooked so don’t panic if it doesn’t rise as much as you’d like before cooking. I didn’t have any garam masala but I’d never consider skipping the garlic. Fresh garlic made a lot of difference. Cooked mine in a cast iron pot. Tried both butter and olive oil and much preferred the latter. Froze most of the dough so I’ll be enjoying naan for quite some time.

    Delicious! And easy. I substituted buttermilk because I was out of regular milk. It worked well

    we did not add the spices and the basic recipe is pretty good. The directions tell you to put the yeast in the water without anything to feed on, do not do this, either add a tablespoon of sugar or flour to the water. If you do this, you will have much better results.

    Came out Great! i used a pizza stone in the oven on 425°. added some leftover sirracha caramel sauce and cilantro.

    Absolutely amazing. i recommend putting the garlic/garam masala in the dough with the milk/sugar/egg/etc as its much easier to mix in but other than that this recipe is perfect.

    Made 4 naans; 2 grilled, 2 in a skillet. The grilled ones were perfect whereas over a heat was easy to burn the butter when turned so would recommend grilling. Outstanding dough and tasted beautiful.

    Delicious. i recommend adding the garlic/garam masala before the first rest but other than that the recipe is perfect. I also used buttermilk since we had some leftover from making waffles and it was quite good.

    Family loved it. Was very easy to make. Didn’t have Marsala so used garlic and rosemary instead and the result was flavorful.

    It came out really close to traditional naan. Four and a half cups of flour would have been too much, 4 seemed to work just right
