Omg how have I not been making bagels ? Always thought bagels were a specialized bakery item only to be made in bakeries - so easy, fun and cheap. Turned out great for my first time - slightly chewy, slightly crispy on outside and tender on inside. I brushed with an egg wash before baking and sprinkles with cinnamon.

I made these 3 times now, since the quarentine started. They are great! The family loves them. Both kids asked me to make them again, tomorrow. Im going to! lol I love 'em, too!
