- 5.1 oz. vanilla pudding (I recommend the instant variety to save you the step of cooking the pudding)
- 15 oz. cream of coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (you could use regular whole milk here if you don't have coconut milk)
- 12 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. amaretto
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
