I did not use fresh potatoes, I used O’Brien’s spicy fries. I reduced the cooking time by 45 min because the fries were cooked but frozen. The judgement was that although tasty, the whipped cream did not set up the way it was pictured in your recipe. I also used leftover shredded pork cooked for Easter. Again, it taste was good, it just didn’t set up as shown in your recipe.
