- grapes (Some, a handful or two is usually fine)
- baby carrots (a handful is fine)
- 1/2 cup berries (frozen blue, I don’t measure it that precisely)
- 3 frozen strawberries (can be more depending on the size)
- frozen raspberries (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 scoop chocolate (Dymatize protein powder)
- 1 scoop oatmeal (Quaker, this thickens up the shake)
- 1 yoplait (pack of, Triple Berry Smoothie mix, ½ pack works too)
- 1 scoop chocolate
- milk
