- 1 kg diced chicken

- 150 grams natural yoghurt (fresh)
- 1 red chilli (medium-sized, very finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. coriander seeds
- 2 Tbsp. fennel seeds
- 1 Tbsp. cumin seeds
- 1 Tbsp. fenugreek seeds
- 6 cloves
- 8 white peppercorns
- 1/4 stick canela
- 2 bay leaves
- 8 cardamom pods (crushed and seeds removed)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- sea salt
- vegetable oil
- 75 grams butter (in small pieces)
- 3 Tbsp. clarified butter (or Ghee)
- 2 onions (medium, peeled and finely chopped)
- 8 cloves garlic (peeled and crushed)
- 3 cms ginger (piece of, peeled and crushed to paste)
- 4 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 8 fresh tomatoes (de-seeded and roughly chopped)
- 200 mL cream (Pouring)
- 2 Tbsp. kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 fresh lemon (Juice of)

- freshly ground black pepper
- coriander leaves (Fresh, to garnish, optional)
