- 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth (or cold chick'n, or water and bouillon cube)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups gluten flour (vital wheat)
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. poultry (or chicken seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt (I used a full tablespoon, but I love salt. Some people have found it to be a bit much)
