  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth (or cold chick'n, or water and bouillon cube)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten flour (vital wheat)
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons poultry (or chicken seasoning)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt (I used a full tablespoon, but I love salt. Some people have found it to be a bit much)
