I'm obsessed with this. It's the only meatloaf I make. I don't always do the bacon, but it's perfect either way

Delicious? But my prep time was much longer. Also, would be helpful to know approx. deminsions of the loaf.

Turned out great actually split the recipe between two loaf pans so I could have more meatloaf with the awesome tangy sweet sauce baked on top. I believe this will make it into regular rotation of meals I cook.

Delicioso! I added onions to the mix and cubes of Velveeta cheese to the center to adapt it to the Cheeseburger Meatloaf recipe.

My family loves this meatloaf. Just make sure you use thin sliced bacon. Super easy and makes for great sandwiches the next day.

This was the best meatloaf I’ve ever made.
I tried to reduce the calories by turning 5 slices of bacon into 10 slices, using only 2 eggs and 3 slices of bread. It held together without an issue and the flavor was not compromised in anyway.
I will be making this again for sure!

I love meatloaf to begin with and have made different versions through the years. This one is now my favorite. Not usually a fan of ketchup based sauces, but I really did like this one, and it added to the overall taste. As others have said, the cooking time was way longer than an hour but no big deal. The only thing I added was onion and skipped the parsley, because I didn’t have any. Will definitely make again.

Made three times, all a little different depending on what I have on hand. The bead an milk is key. Use what ever bread you have. Can’t really screw it up after that. I added a little honey to the sauce this last time.

This was delicious. I cut the recipe in half for the filling and amount of beef. We really enjoyed this one and will repeat it again.

Fantastic recipe; finally found one to win my family over! You can mix up different items of what u have on hand. I happened to have some chopped chives that added some nice flavour. I just recommend cooking at a higher temp initially for a while and then turn down once getting more crisp or you will have to cook it longer since a big loaf.

very good meetloaf. had to add little bit of bread crumbs becausw it was too moist. but came out great.

Amazing! So moist & flavourful!
Mine came out a little too wet, but nothing a tablespoon of flour didn’t fix.
Boyfriend was very impressed with the sauce - is make it again for bbq sauce ribs or pork chops .

everyone loved it! I used sourdough bread instead of white bread and used basil instead of the parsley because it's what I had on hand and it still came out great.
