- 2 tsp. chilli powder (Kashmiri Red)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- salt (to taste)
- 12 saffron (strands, Soaked in 2 tbsp water.)
- 3 drops extract (Kewra)
