- 0.25 kilograms bones (mutton)
- 5 shallots (small onions)
- 4 pods garlic
- 2 green chillies
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 5 brinjal (cut into halves)
- 1 mango (small size, cut into thick slices)
- 1 onion (small size, sliced)
- 1 tomatoes (medium size, chopped)

- 2 red chilli (whole dried)
- 2 sprigs curry leaves
- 1/2 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
