  • 2 cloves garlic (or roasted garlic, if you've got some stashed away like I do)
  • 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (I use kosher as shown plus more for the water if needed)

    This was well worth the effort!! We had it in wraps with other veggies and I’m very anxious to try it on pasta! Many uses I’m thinking and...it will freeze I’m told! Big win!
