I quickly knocked this up after being exhausted by healthy-yet-routine lockdown meals these past few weeks.
I didn't have a few things of the list, mainly the liquid smoke which I imagine would be amazing and the basil and also I skipped the bread. I normally make Seitan with the vital wheat gluten but wanted to use it in something else. In any case - this burger was amazing!! I fried two and roasted the third, HIGHLY recommend using the oven it as it was just such an AMAZING meaty texture, thanks yummly!!!
